30 Day Return Policy
We try our best to provide accurate
descriptions and quality pictures of our products, and we do our best to assure
that we are shipping you a product that is not damaged or defective; however,
nothing is perfect, so occasionally returns are necessary.
If something is not to your liking,
or the item is damaged or appears to be defective, or if we sent you the wrong
item, simply return the item to us within 30 days of receiving it for a refund
or exchange. Details of the return process are outlined below.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
- If the item
appears to be defective, please call us (770) 662-8067, or
send us an e-mail at support@lightsandbatteries.com
describing the problem, and we will be happy to assist you in
troubleshooting. We might be able to resolve the issue without you having
to go through the return process.
- If
it is determined that the item is defective, we will e-mail you a pre-paid
return shipping label.
- If
the item is damaged, or we sent you the incorrect item, send us an e-mail
at returns@lightsandbatteries.com
stating the problem, and we will e-mail you a pre-paid return shipping
label.
- Once
you receive the e-mail, print out the return label and affix it to your
package. Please include the item’s original packaging, and try and use the
original shipping box and packing material. Also, please enclose a copy of
the original order and a note stating the reason for your return and your
preference for an exchange or a refund.
- Once
the returned item arrives at our warehouse, your exchange or refund will
be quickly processed, and you will be notified of the status of your
return.
Item is Not to Your Liking (Wrong Color, Size, Appearance, Etc.)
- If the item
is not to your liking (wrong color, size, appearance, etc.), please call
us (770) 662-8067, or send us an e-mail at returns@lightsandbatteries.com
stating the reason for your return because we need to approve and
authorize the return.
- Once
you receive our approval and authorization, the item should be shipped to:

- Enclose a
copy of the original order and a note stating the reason for your return
and your preference for an exchange or refund.
- The returned
item’s original packaging must be included undamaged (blister packs
excluded), or we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund. Also,
try and use the original shipping box and packing material. Please make
sure the item is properly and carefully package, so the item is not
damaged during shipping.
- You
will need to pay for and arrange the return shipping yourself. For your
own protection, we strongly recommend using a shipping method that
provides insurance and tracking information.

- Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, your
exchange or refund will be quickly processed, and you will be notified of
