We also take pride in the fact that we evaluate and test all of our products before offering them for sale on our website. If we don't feel a product is of good quality or if it has some type of design flaw, then it will never make it to our storefront. If we don't like a product, then we won't sell it!

We try our best to provide accurate and detailed descriptions and quality pictures for all of our products, so you will know exactly what you are getting. However, we don't live in a perfect world, so once you receive your order, and something is not to your liking, or it's not what you were expecting, simply return the item(s) to us within 30 days - no questions asked! You have the choice of exchanging the item(s), getting a store credit issued to your account or getting a full refund of the original purchase price of the item(s).

We try and make return shipping easy with a convenient, prepaid return shipping label. Simply email us at [email protected] or call us at 1-855-718-6919 to request your prepaid return shipping label. We will prepare your label and email it to you quickly. Once you receive our e-mail, print out and affix the label to your package and be sure to return the item(s) to us in the original packaging. After your return arrives at our warehouse, your exchange, store credit or refund will be quickly processed.

We will pay for the return shipping cost on exchanges or store credits; however, if you want a refund, a $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refunded amount (sorry about that!). Sorry, but we don't credit the original shipping cost. If you want a refund and want to avoid the $6.00 return shipping fee, you have the option of arranging the shipping yourself.

Please enclose a copy of the original order, and include a note inside the box with your name, the reason for your return, and your preference for an exchange, store credit or a refund.

After we receive your return, we will ship out your replacement item(s) or provide a store credit to your account for the full purchase price of the item(s). If you have requested a refund, it will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase minus the $6.00 return shipping fee. Sorry, but we don't apply credit towards the original shipping cost.

Our free return shipping on exchanges or store credits only applies to orders where our prepaid return shipping label is used to ship the return from a location within the 48 contiguous states (i.e., Alaska and Hawaii are excluded).
