My Luminara candle order came quickly, so I was happy with the service.  However, I only got one of my tow candles.  I called and left a message during business hours, and a representative called my back. She apologized and immediately sent the other candle.  The problem is your link for customer service e=mail was not working.  I followed additional directions for customer service, and those did not work wither.  You may want to fix that link.  Thank You - Carol Ann Gellerman

These candles have a wonderful glow in the pillar. This is my second Luminara candle, they are my favorite because the wick moves around just like a real flame.

LOVE THEM!!!!!  In fact, I have 10 total and counting.  I have several different sizes.  They are like the real thing . . .  no mess with a slight vanilla scent.  I also have the remote which makes it even easier to operate them.  I just push the "on"/"off" button; however I have not tried the timer part of the candle.  I would highly recommend them.   GREAT PRODUCT!!!!
